Solid effort today in the A.M. Judging from the scores it looks like the push ups and pull ups were the crushers.
Each one of the ten physical skills were utilized today. Some more than others, but a great all around WOD

Pullups and pushups were the hardest part of the workout. Arms are still dead from "Cindy" and the Monday WOD. Situps were the least difficult. My squats have improved 200% since starting, as has my leg endurance. A month ago I could not have made it through 3 rounds of air squats. Can't wait to do this workout again in a month or so.
Top workout of the day goes to LtCol Weaver at 58 points. He has been a regular week after week. His dedication to the workouts is showing.
It was apparent today that men and women doing Crossfit will fight for points. The internal competition amongst the athletes is a good thing.

Hardest hands down, is push-ups. My tabata squats definbly can improve. I think I can get closer to 20 next time.
Seems to me that my met con is fairly good, but my muscles always seem to fatigue. Maybe its a mental thing? Don't know. However going to try and up my carb blocks by one. Sometimes Zone meals leave me a little hungry by hour 2.5/3.
