Couple of things to think about with the bench press:
1. Bring the bar down to the lower pec area (not around the neck)
2. Drive the bar at the bottom back towards your spotter. The bar should end up over the eyes.
3. Keep the feet planted in the ground (squat distance apart)
4. Back is SLIGHTLY arched. Do not overextend the arch in the back.
5. Keep the butt on the bench.
Good work on the phosphogen pathway (high work capacity in less than 2 sec).
Started too high, I can 215 next try.
Now that I found my max I'm sure I will suffer next round. Diane should be fun tomorrow.
bench press is alot harder than it looks. i need to work on my form.
