Had some assistance with leg spotting for the last 5 rounds or so.
Used minor spotting on only a few here and theres. Major Barriger, thanks for the moto push and not letting me count trash.
Did 5 - 8 pulls using the Knees to chest, then Maj Ward told me to stick to straight L pulls.
I'm catching up.......till we meet again nigel.
Needed spotting on almost all of the L-sit pullups after the first round. Had to do the workout at 1930...long work day.
1 set L-pull-ups with band
2 sets regular pull-ups with band and assitance w/5 sec paralets.
4 sets jumping pull-ups
1.3 sets inclined sit-ups
2 sets 15 sec paralets
3.7 sets regular sit-ups
Had to do the training on my own. Definitely could have used the bands or spotters for the L pullups. Had to keep stopping in order to work on proper form. Incline crunches felt good after hugging the twinkie and supermans the day prior.
On the last 5 rounds I used a spotter or band to keep my legs in the L position.
