Broke up all the pullups sets. Started out with 10 L-pullups then went to 3, 2, 1 reps. Did 5 Dead Hang Pullups then broke down 3, 2, 1 reps. Did 9 kipping pullups then broke up 3, 2, 1 reps.
3 rounds
1 set of 10 jumping pull ups with 1 set of parrellettes holding knees up 15 secs.
2 sets pull ups with bands - 10 each
3 rounds of 400 meters

Lost my p/u calouses on the kipping p/u's, that hurts.
Worked out at 1630. Scaled down workout.
Warm-up: 21 air squats, 15 push ups -> 10, 3, 2:
9 dips
Workout: First 4 pull ups -> assistance from band.
Other 6 -> jumping pull ups.
For the first round only, after my pull ups,
I brought my knees to the chest and held for
10 secs.
Rest of the pull ups were done as jumping pull
ups.
Ran 400 meters.
started with pull-ups. Set 1, bands and help from Major Joseforsky, Set 2: bands and help from Major Joseforsky. Set 3: bands only.
Ran the 1st 800 m, walked a little on the last 2.
Goal for next time. Use the bands only and no walking.
