I did all 50 ring dips. I needed the band and a spotter on the handstand pushups. Thanks to SSgt Eldredge for helping me out on the handstand pushups.
I was super happy with geting 50 ring dips unassisted, seeing is how i really didn't have a good ring dip a few weeks ago. I figured out how to kip in the dip to help.
Push-ups are getting easier, as i've made an effort not do negatives so much.
My Handstand push-ups suck. My muscles were so fatigued that i could hardly keep myself in a handstand postion. I had major help from Gunny skelton and Gunny Brinker. As it seems to be my ongoing battle, i had muscle fatigue long before i had met con fatigue.
Also i'm leaning out tons on a strict Zone diet. I'm at 164.9 as of today.
Next week Nigel, do or die.

The workout felt great! My energy levels were through the roof! I rested very little, 7 secs at very most. I tweaked my Zone diet a little, I am now eating true Zone portions at eat meal. Now that I finished reading 'Mastering the Zone' I have a complete understanding of the diet. AWESOME effort by all!
I did 10 ring dips and then went to dip bars. Did the
handstand pushups w/ my legs supported on the dip
bar as well.

50 incline push ups(about 60 deg)

Worked out in the middle of nowhere in VA. Pushed it real hard last 400m with a strong kick at the end to break 20 min. Sorry Gardner hope I didn't ruin your weekend
