Beats running in the heat.
Lesson Learned: Eat something a little more substantial for fuel other than half a meal bar before running. Halfway through I had very little in the tank.
Another day, another dollar.
Lesson learned make sure you hit the toilet before a workout, or you end up like me this morning stopping in the middle for a head call. Defintetly affected my time so hopefully next time I will be good to go.
Maj Barriger went sprinting by me at the end. I ran four seconds faster than last week.
Good warm up today. Used the 52lb KB and completed the 10 pullups per round w/o stopping. Still need to go deeper and lock out on the ring dips.
Heat at 1200 had me beat mentally before I even
started running. Legs felt heavy from yesterday's
workout.
Thanks Nigel for the push, your footsteps were haunting me the last half of the run.
I was able to finish 2 minutes faster this time.
