This was the first time I did this as prescribed. Dips went really fast. My clean form needs to get better. By the end, I was doing one at a time and re-gripping. That ate up alot of time.

I set a personal best by 2 minutes. Nigel just crushed me though. Congratulations to Nigel for setting Crossfit Cherry Point's affiliate record on Elizabeth at 12:00. His Zone Diet is paying big dividends. I have been in the Zone for two straight months now. It just flat out works, I am a believer.

Form for squats needs to get better. Should have a better time once I stop fighting the bar and let it rest on my shoulders as instructed. Goal next 'Elisabeth': Sub-20 w/95 or above.
Started to feel queasy from the heat and humidity. Had my counter start her workout. After she was done (15 minutes) I finished the rest of the workout with 50 lbs and paralletes.
Ring dips broken into 5s helped immensly. Legs still a
bit tired from yesterday's PFT and Jason.
