Set a PR for myself at 345lbs!
You know you gave the WOD everything you got when you drop 30lbs from your max weight and have a tough time putting it up!
My energy levels ramped up after the second set, week three of strict Zone dieting
Did not feel strong today. My best on back squat is usually around 325 lbs.
I put up the weight, but form was really bad, bordering on unsafe, so we called 210 a fail. I'll drop down next time and work on form.
NEW PR 280. Backed off on my last set..back pain.
start with more weight next time. bar feels weird on my back.
Never done this for max before. Form needs work, but got better at about 240 according to instructor. Looking forward to improvement.
Went deeper today. The wall ball helped as a bench mark. Have to watch out for rounding the back and shoulders.
Need to work on form...Bar needs to be further back on my shoulders/back.
