Felt pretty good after Murph.
This is definite pr for me. Pretty sure I ran closer to a 850 meter round. All my sit-up sets were un-broken. Not more then a 5 sec rest with the back extensions.

Legs felt like jello after Murph yesterday. Cardio endurance is coming along. Four full weeks on the zone diet.

Hugging the Twinkie killed my legs which are my weakest link. Definitely need to work hard on them. Wish we had the ball out there for a better back workout.
