3 rounds 30, 20, 10. Pullups w/band. Broke into sets of 5. Thanks Maj Ward for assistance. Lots of assisstance on some sets. Positive aspect no jumping pullups. Be glad when my arms recover quicker.
Handstand Pushups were easier than expected. Still need to work on form.
Got through the pull-ups with ease surprisingly. Used the bands for hand stand push-ups (HSPU). I need double spotters on my last two rounds of HSPU. I rested in the vertical position when I could not do anymore HSPU, saved a lot of time and energy!

Used bench for 1 round of HSPU then used bands for last 4(needed spotter) Pull-ups felt good. Squats are the killer!! Everyone out there in the rain this afternoon great job!!

Doing dead hang pull ups and this workout dont mix to well. I was taking so long on my pullups that I was fully recovered for the other two exercises and was able to pound them out fairly quickly.
This was a tough workout; I liked it. Felt sluggish going in to the workout but picked up.

Felt i had a better form today with the hand-stand push ups. Major J. corrected this form in the warm-up. Still struggling with with pull ups. Started off with green bands and then doing about 13 jumping pull-ups.
