We need to tape up the new pull-up bars, it was hard to keep my grip will doing the WOD today. Pukie came by to visit!

First day back after a week off.
Good to see Nigel puke!!! Thought he was just becomming one big machine; so he is human. Great workout today Shawn did a great job coaching thanks Shawn.

Pull ups were way easier this time around. Thinking that because the bar was smaller in diameter. My friend that timed me screwed up because i didn't explain the timing of this workout well enough. I ended up doing 1 more set of pull ups.
I had him do "fran" and he was dying...it was pretty funny..heh

Definitely did pullups to failure....Could not get chin above bar after 3 set....Need to learn kipping pullup with band.
Looking forward to better numbers next time.

I went out too hard on the Pull-ups and on the push ups. "I do Pull-ups and push-ups all the time..How hard can it be?"
This is a work out that is real good at putting your ego in check. I'm going to try and work this into Company PT.
Could have done a couple more on the situps and squats. I hit my minimum on both during my first set and that demotivated me for the remaining ones. My goal next time is to hit 35.
