Used the green med ball in the connex for both the situps and back extensions. For situps, put back on ball and put feet under the red bench, went back trying to touch my hand to the ground. For back extensions, put stomach on ball, put feet under bench, went down and came back up past parallel.

Regular Situps
Felt pretty good today. I was able to go all the way through without resting. Really had to push myself on the last two rounds of twinkies. Finally able to push through the pain and just kept on going.

First day working out after a few months. Struggled with the situps in the last 2 rounds.
Played it conservative for first day, need to go for 5 rounds next time.
Felt alright, need to work on doing extra sit-ups each day
