2nd set DL (3 x 7) PU (2 x 10; 4 x 5; 1 x 10); 3rd set DL (3 x 5; 1 x 6) PU (8 x 5; 1 x 10). Not sure I could have done it differently. Thanks Jeanne for monitoring.
135lb DL...Need to continue to work on form when doing this many reps. Form was good on some bad on most. Thanks Nigel for tips.
Arms are dead from a week of working them. 20 pu on green band. Another 20 or so on double bands. Most were jumping pull ups.
