That was my first time doing cross fit. It is one great work out. I will be back. I need to learn the Double Unders.
Need to practice on form for squats
Great workout. Form was really good on squats, kept elbows foward like front squat to remember to lean back and drive up through heals.

By the time I do 50 DUs I have done near 200 singles. I need to buuy a Jump Rope and work on those as a separate item.
Did 200 singles instead of d/u's. Need to take less breaks.
