Worst workout ever. No strength and my form sucked.
Keep bar straight up and down. Do not round. Bring hips through on the triple extension.
Form was awful. Not exploding up with a triple extension. Was reverse curling at the end. Doesn't work if the weight is to heavy to curl in the first place. Definitely need to work on this exrecise.
Failed on 3d rep of the 2 failed sets. Still need to work on the explosion during the triple extension.
Low weight as I worked form: 55-60-65-75-75
This the most challenging exercise when it comes to form! The coordination it takes is intense! This type of challenge is what keeps me addicted to cross fit!!!!
Second time out. First time ever doing this lift I have
always done Deadlift so I had to keep thinking triple
extension. WOW three words "skin the cat" need to
work on that one.
I started at too low of a weight. Next time I should start at 155.
Feel like my form is getting better. It was nice to see
myself moving up in weight. I need to work on
keeping a tight core during my ring exsersises
though. The cat on the rings needed allot of work.
Dropped down at the end to work on my triple extension. Not getting a good shrug. Need to delay more before exploding.
