green/purple bands (no help on first 30, help on last 15)

10:04 225 and purple/purple. Had some spotting on the HSPU, especially the last set. Coaches said I was giving up the arch in the lower back. I'm not sure how bad my form was, but I know better. Maybe next time I will sacrifice speed for perfect form.

WOD= 5:29 (As precribed, no bands). Had spotting on HSPUs, A little assistance on the last few. My HSPUs made my time .
PR over 3 min better than last Diane. I felt really strong today.

5:37 or so...145 lbs started with purple/purple bands, quickly ended up at green/green. Need more weight next time. Had a lot of trouble with the hs p/us. Much better than my first time doing 185 lbs buddy lift at 12:10.
