I'm toast!
18lb Wall-ball and 45lb Bar.
One of my best days in a while. Generated a lot of power with the hips on both Wall Ball and SDHP.
for next time: same weight, but do it faster. Try to pace myself with Capt. Pickett on the run and less rests on the SDHP.
I used the 14lb ball for the first two sets and 8lb
for the last.
This Workout smoked me, the SDHP were extremely difficult, both in number of reps and my poor form, hopefully my form will improve quickly and I can be better at them.
The runs drained me today. Had a good week. Looking forward to Monday
