No help on the L-Pullups but was doing sets of 1-2 reps.
Felt good on the powercleans, 50-31/9-21/9.
Needed help on all but the first 12 pull-ups. Power cleans felt really good, form was the big focus for those today.
Nice welcome back after missing a week due to PF.
No assistance on the L Pull-Up.
Felt like crap physically and mentally after being out of CF for 3 weeks.
55lbs and green band on p/u.
Next time 60lbs and do some without the bands.
Round 1: L position for fist 10... knees bent for the rest
Round 2: Knees bent for the first 15... used a band in the L position for the others
Round 3: Knees bent for all 20. Puked and the end of final 400m.

1. 400 meter run, 25 reps of 75lbs powerclean, 3 l-pull ups with green band assistance. 22 regular pull-ups with bands.
2. 400 meter run, 20 reps of 75lbs powerclean, 20 reg pull ups with band assistance.
3. . 400 meter run, 15 reps of 75lbs powerclean, 10 reg pull ups with band assistance.
4. 400 meter run.
