Used the green/purple band combo on HSPU. Started getting HSPU assistance on round of 15. Used rings with no help, doing sets of one. Great upper body workout.
Used green bands for HSPU - no spotter. Did tricep dips on bars (w/purple band) in lieu of ring dips. I can barely lift my arms to type this!

Used the green/purple bands for HSPU. Assistance for HSPU starting with the set of 15. No assistance on the rings. Sets of one and two ruled the day on rings and pushups.
24 HSPU (21 + 3), substituted shoulder press (12 + 9)
9 ring dips w/purple band; finished rest at parallel bars w/purple band
21 + 12 PU did in sets of 1-3. 3 + 9 leaning PU
After 3 days off I was expecting a better performance, probably because of too much weekend activities with 2 teenagers.

Used green/purple bands for HSPU. Good spot on last 2 sets of HSPU. Spotter held rings together during dips.
Used green/purple bands on the HSPU. Needed help starting on the round of fifteen. As Maj Siary mentioned, sets of one and two was the only way to for me to finish the dips and pushups.

Dropped my time by over 3 min from last time and I didn't use bands for ring dips this time. Used P/G bands for HSPU (gave Daniel a good workout on those).
HSPU - green and purple, Jo assisted on the last 5 or 6
Ring Dips - purple bands
Push-ups - broke up in sets of 2's (sometimes 1's, rarely 3's)
Handstands were no problem. Did those on the lowest pull up bar. Used the purple bands on both HSPU and dips. Push ups were broken up into sets with little pause in between.
