Had to stop every 3-10 reps on the squats. Did not break up jump ropes. Felt pretty good endurance wise.
Need to work on single jumps and speed - doing double jumps now. Broke squats down into sets of 10.
Broke the squats up into sets of 10 then 5. Too much arm use during the jump ropes. Buddy Lee would have not been impressed!

After the 1st set of sqts, had to start breaking them up. Quads are smoked.
I need to take less breaks on squats. First set was 30,10,10 the next sets I broke into groups of 8 to 15.
Jump rope was easier than double unders....lol...I actually improved numbers in a row and less time with each set.
Holy crap! Broke up squats in sets of 10 and sometimes 5 from the third set on. First time doing this session.
Five sets of 25 Squats & 100 Jump Ropes.
breaking down the squats, in last two sets, by doing 5 reps at a time with 5 second rest helped a lot in completing the work out.
