Used the vest for whole workout. Best I have done on the pushups, was able to get 6-8 reps throughout all 20 rounds. No break on pullups and squats.
Used purple bands for pull-ups. Broke sets down into
5-10-15 x 20.
5-10-15 x 20
Did better than I tought I would on the pull-ups.
10-20-30 on first three rounds
5-10-15 for the next six
walk/ran in 1/4mile increments on the 2nd mile.
Next time do 5-10-15 for the whole workout and try to get a couple more rounds in. Felt very weak today before the workout even started, not to mention running and push-ups are two of my weakest skills.

This is one of the toughest and best WODs in CF.
morning time. Finished in 49:03; sadly three
minutes slower than my last Murph but I didn't have
the motivational crowd with me. Good work out and
still kicked my butt. No bands on the pull-ups; I
used jumping pull ups instead.
PS going to hang out with my friends Mo Trin and Ty Lenol for the remainder of the night.
