lacked the upper body strength for pull-ups today.
Used purple bands. Kettle bell swings worked out well.
No rest during first 2 rounds, last round hand to rest
between 10, 15, until finished.
Used purple bands and #25 for kettlebell.
The 0630 crew ran a 515m course vice 400m as measured by a Garmin this afternoon.
30lb for Kettlebell swing. I still round my back too much when going down. When I open my hips weight really moves up but I fight it on the way down. My back feels better than last time I did this one.
Pullups 11 purple band, 10 Green band, 15 double band (green and purple). Making progress with bands. But mulitple sets with purple band just out of reach. Next Time!!!!!! and always Run Fasster!
Still getting back into the swing of things.
Ran 3 sets of 400 meters
3 sets of kettle bell using 30lbs dumbell
1st set of 12 pull ups using purple bands
2nd set pull ups. 1 pull up with purple band and rest with green band
3rd set pull ups with green band assistance.
A good workout. I am definately seeing improvements in my pull-ups!
kipping pull-ups and 35# kb.
