Deadlift 200 (this was my 2nd time doing the deadlift, the 1st time I only did 185)

I thought I did ok for my 1st X-fit total, but I know I can do better.
Shoulder Press - 165lbs
Deadlift - 435lbs [PR]
Total - 940lbs
Lessons Learned: Be sure to check your updated PRs for the three lifts. I could of lifted more on Back Squat, thought my PR was 335lbs when it really was 345lbs. I could of added 10lbs to my total score having known that.
70 Shoulder Press - PR

I felt really good today. It's the most I have ever lifted on all of these events.
