Went pretty quickly thru the squat cleans and thrusters, got slowed down on the pull-ups and HSPU's.
Next time try 60 or 65lbs.
Increased wt to #55 (Thanks for the push, Dave!). Kipping pull-ups - need to work through last part of kip to get more consecutive pull-ups. HSPU - gr/gr, no assist. Need to try gr/purple next time.
Only completed sets of 21 (95 lbs) and 15 (65 lbs). Had no energy today.
P/G Bands for HSPU.
As prescribed on squat cleans and thrusters. Nigel held my feet out on about 10 L-pullups. Green/purple bands on the HSPU.
This workout really challenged my cardiovascular/respitatory endurance.

I think this was my time. Performed the squat cleans and thrusters using 55lbs. Dead hand pull ups with assistance of purple bands. HSPU throuhg P/G bands. Thank you Major J. for making me stick with the P/G combination and thanks to Kenny, Major J. and Amy for the motivation.
