The latest instructor added to the Crossfit Cherry Point team is Jeanne Goodes. She will be offering a 0900 Crossfit class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting on 3 Nov.
"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post lowest rep count for each exercise and overall total score (add all four lowest scores from each exercise).

I did this workout at home, therefore, I had no access to a pull-up bar. I did a 3 mile jog for warm-up and did 8 sprints 20/10 (running) instead of pull-ups, followed by the prescribed workout. So, that wraps up my first week of crossfit. I got in 3 workouts and didn't get as sore as I thought. I hope to build over the next couple of weeks!
