Gr/purple bands for HSPU - no spotter. Purple band for ring dips, w/spotter holding rings.
31 degrees at 0630. Definitely increased work capacity across a different modal domain!

I did this workout at my gym. I did modified push-ups, weight assisted dips on parallel bars and weight assisted pull-ups (no way to do HSPU). My arms are pathetic. My baby feels like he gained ten pounds since this morning!

Push ups 22 normal Arms smoked...28 from knees need to keep butt down
HSPU Green band...20 so so 30 with generous spotting

needed a lot of help with last 20 HSPU
Used purple bands for the first 20 ring dips. Then used the green bands for the rest.
Used G/P combination for the first 5 hand stand push ups. Did the rest with G/G combination. Thanks to the guys who helped me with the HSPU.
Had a very restless night yesterday. And still can't move my arms. Great workout!!
No assistance on the ring dips, did incline pushups instead of HSPU since I didn't have a spotter
