Still working on the technique.
First day back after 10 day break.
65lbs for first 15 reps
70lbs for second 15 reps
Finally! I got the correct form once or twice!
Quick but tough workout. Will need to go up in weight next go around. Active shoulders makes all the difference at the bottom of the squat. CJ thanks for the push and motivation.

Need improvement in my technique. I was having to drive up with my toes and even after thinking about it, at time i was driving up with my toes. I did lose my balance with going down in the squat position. I did feel that my technique was getting a little bit better in the last few reps.
