The first five hanging power cleans, I did hanging squat cleaning until I realized otherwise.
Started with #55 - too much weight, went to #45. Muscle up progressions - still need a lot of work.
CONGRATS to Josaline on her 1st muscle up!
#1) 50/4 mu; 3 prog, 95lbs hang clean
#2) 50/2 mu; 5 prog, 95lbs hang clean
#3) 50/3 mu; 4 prog, 95lbs hang clean
Need to increase to 115lbs hang clean
105lb Cleans
Progressive Muscle-ups with knees on ground
3 rounds of:
50 air squats
10 dips with band
10 power cleans at 45 lbs.
Probably could have gone to 65 lbs on bar
50 Air Squats x 3
Tried doing progressive muscle ups, but couldn't finish the dip. Therefore, did 20 ring dips with purple band assistance.
85lbs Hang power clean. Last set was very quick on cleans. Therefore, i probably need to go up to 105 next time.
