WOD: 9:12 Used #55!!!!!!!! Purple band for ring dips, no spotter for stabilization. Worked out at Loch's due to rain.

4 sets of 10 deadllifts and wall push-ups with time of 7:30. Good upper body workout for me. I will continue to work on the Flamingo squats daily for improvement. Thanks to the entire team for such inspiration! My workouts are highly modified but I'M DOING IT!! Yeah!
