27:07 only did 25 back extensions and 25 sit-ups on the last round. This was my first time doing CrossFit, and I definitely left humbled. I'll be back for a second helping tomorrow.

WOD -- 17:45 (PR). J9: Setting HGD to 17 made a huge difference, thanks. Crunches vice full sit-ups for PFT prep. Felt good to run and clear the lungs from yesterday. Motivated by the snow shower.

I thought I did alright with the running and back extensions, but I feel like a struggle with the sit-ups. I need to work on those.
