We did full squat cleans into the jerk. I did squat clean into a push press. The clean felt good but the push press started getting heavy.
Worst exercise for me. Everytime I do it, the pain takes over in my elbows. Not sure what the way ahead is on this exercise.
New one for me, ugly form at the beginning. Increased weight as form improved.
I had the hardest time keeping my feet from spreading too wide; need to work on form.
First time with the clean and jerk. Felt uncoordinated at first with an improving trend.
Felt lightheaded most of the workout. I can do more weight when I am feeling better. Next time I'dlike to try 95 for at least one set.
Failed on the jerk on the last rep.
Have to concentrate on keeping the bar at midline on the clean. Push press felt strong.
My form wasn't the greatest in the beginning but it did slowly improve through each round. I could've moved up to 115-120 but I wanted to focus more on my form and improving, than the weight.
