Shoulder Press 95 lbs; 12 reps per team member
800M Relay
Push Press 95 lbs; 12 reps per team member
800M Relay
Push Jerk 95 lbs; 12 reps per team member
800M Relay
Athlete's choice; 95 lbs, 12 reps overhead
Each athlete will run 400M and 'tag' their partner, who will complete the 400m run. Once complete with the run the other teammate will begin the lifts.
