Feet shoulder witdth apart, toes pointed slighlty out at a 30 degree angle. Head and chest up, back straight, knees tracking over the toes, but not forward of them. Feet flat, weight back on their heels. Hands out as far away from your bottom as, I said hands out..hey listen to...oh, never mind. Ahhh, if I've said it once....
When do you think we unlearned how to squat? If there is one thing you should improve, it should be your Squat. Squatting is a perfectly natural movement. If anybody tells you not to squat because it's bad for your knees has no idea what they're talking about. Anybody who tells you squatting below parallel is bad for your knees has no idea what they're talking about. Squatting properly has been proven to reinforce the lower body muscles alleviating a plethora of knee issues.
We were born to squat. Perhaps this little got some great coaching from CFCP. Functional fitness is natural movements found in nature. It doesn't get anymore fundamental than this. So if you could only improve one thing, make it your squat.

It's always a good day when cleans are in it. Have a good day folks.
A powerful athlete is not a strong athlete, but one who can exert his strength quickly. Since power equals force times speed, if the athlete learns to make faster movements he increases his power, even though the contractile pulling strength of his muscles remains unchanged. Thus, a smaller man who can swing faster may hit as hard or as far as the heavier man who swings slowly. - Bruce Lee
