First time completing this WOD as prescribed. Form is still a little ugly but happy to get through all 30 reps.

I don't remember my time, but it was for 30 progression muscle ups. Afterward I continued trying until I got a full muscle up, first one ever.

WOD: 30 muscle-up progressions; 30 pull-ups. Need to set rings higher and need to work on ring dips for strength.
