10:50 / G/P bands. Sloppy form on my d/l during the first 21 reps. HSPU were pretty easy, going to work with P/P then eventually get away from them all together so I can get the WOD done as Rx'd.

WOD: 6:08 DL #115, green/purple bands, no spotter. Increased DL by #30 from last Diane.

7:13. DL's as rx'd, got the first 16 HSPU before I got on the G/P bands.
