WOD: Filthy Friday Mile 'O Pain II (36:50). Teamed with Gy Skelton . Basically teams of two had to complete 200 total reps between 4 x 400 meter runs. Two of the runs required the runners to carry 45lbs, one run was done backwards, and the 4th run was run/sprint. Exercises included Wall Ball, Knees to Elbow, Ring Push-ups, Slam Ball, Walking Lunges, Pull-ups, 65lbs Thrusters, Hollow Rocks, Box Jumps, Burpees, 55lbs DB Swings, Air Squats, and/or Team 7 ton Fire Flips. Nice relaxing work out especially following Thursday's Filthy 50.
