WOD: 11:06. Worked out at Loch's new gym. Subbed dead hang p/u and tricep dips for muscle-ups. Used #65 for cleans (increased wt by #20)

Could not do the muscle ups as prescribed due to the bar situation in Iraq. I jumped into the muscle up rather than coming to a hang first.
