25:52, PR by 2:18, pull ups were slow, sets of 3's after #35, Push ups same thing, sets of 3's after #40, Sit Ups crucified me. At least my arms aren't deadlocked right now.

26:17, first time with this workout. Like Tre, I had to drop to sets of 3 for the pull-ups and pushups. Tried chasing him down the whole time and couldn't quite catch him.

Made up our own workout.
3x:
400m run
20 sit-ups
20 air squats
20 push-ups

It was FLIPPING cold and snowing, but finished on ice cube feet in approx 22 mins. Original plan was 5x, but just too cold!!

Did a modified Angie at gym - sorry... it was cold.

50 - pull ups
50 - push ups
50 - sit ups
50 - air squats

11:00 even

had to split and modify the pull ups after 2nd round of ten
