DL - 275, Bench - 175, Clean - 135 for sets 6,5,4,3,2,1
Deadlift form sucked, bench was weak, clean was the only thing that felt right on this WOD. Sacrificed form for speed, a big no no. The last rep of dead lifts was the only one that felt like my form was solid.
Bench-185 through 10-7, Cut down to 145 6-1(should have pushed self to higher weight)
Clean- 135 all rounds

After round six jumped up to Tre's weight (too tired to change the weights out). Form got horribly worse for the deadlift as I progressed. Bench felt fine and clean felt good but form got sloppy.
