WOD 31:22 Walked for 1 min at the 1 mile marker then several breaks the last mile--should not have had that glass of milk with my breakfast!

WOD 35:07 Walked 1 minute at the first two 1 miles. I realize how my endurance has decreased from taking one month off.

Probably my best 5k time. Maybe the weather had played a role in the results or maybe dropping 10 pounds since last 5k had somethign to do with it as well.
