WOD as prescribed 37:41 (or something very close to that). managed to jump the entire time - except for that time I almost fell of - but I didn't count that one Jeanne!

WOD 29:23. No jumping. I stepped up AND down on all five rounds, and used both 20 and 24 inch steps depending on which was free. As prescribed 20lb on Wall Balls.
