5:46, think the first rep of my 15 set of thrusters was kind of cheese. Pretty sure I didnt grab enough depth. Its a PR, but I wish someone could have spotted the depth for me to call it good or not.

WOD 85#, 13:21
Conducted work out on Wed vice Mon. Increased 20# from last Fran, but time also increased.

95lbs for the first 21 Thrusters, then 85Lbs for the remaining. Had to use the purpple bands for the pullups.
