1st day of Crossfit. 2 sets of 10 o/h squats (2nd set w/arms out in front due to neck injury). Two sets of 5 pull-ups, 10 SU, 10 back ext's, followed by 3 sets of 1/4 mi run, 30 SU, 30 back ext's. Time for 3 sets: 16:47.
