I am headed your direction tomorrow from Ft Stewart, GA and was looking for some local CrossFitters to work out with around Cherry Point. Please let me know if you mind me coming by and working out with you.

Probably should have stayed a little lighter, its amazing the amount of power you lose not blasting from the floor and being able to hit a full squat.
