I almost dropped the first OHS on my head. I decided to go really light and get the form right before I killed myself. The front squats feel a lot better. I don't get the pain in my wrists/elbows anymore, but I was shifting my weight onto my toes when it got heavy. BS felt strong. I could have done more, but I'm happy with a PR.
