Thanks Maj J! 9 rounds, 45 lb Thruster used the purple bands on the 1st round then switched to green. Felt week on the pull-ups!

5.5 rounds and 1 pullup. Used the Green band on second round and used the purple on the remaining rounds. Have to work on the kip. The rain was cooling and bit motivating.
