0615 & 1145 @ MACG-28 Pull Up Bars

Five rounds for time of:
155 pound Hang squat clean, 9 reps
15 ft Rope climb, legless, 3 ascents (Rx'd)

Rope climb substitution = 7 strict pull ups per ascent, 21 strict pull ups total. For extra credit, do L pull ups instead of strict.

29:15 -55lb hanging squat clean. Used green bands for half of the pull-ups on 2 rounds the other rounds used purple bands.

clock malfunction. approx. time 28 mins
used 155 as rx'd, used towel pullups for 2 rounds and jumping towel pullups last 3 rounds.

95# should have used a little more

kippin pull-ups first three rounds two rounds of jumping towel pull-ups.

34:?? - 95lbs. hang squat clean/completed first 3-4 strict L p/u followed w/ 4-5 kipping p/u with chin over the bar. Could have pushed myself a lot harder on the p/u for better time. Will increase to 105lbs on hang squat cleans.
