Five rounds for time of:

Kettlebell walking lunge, 1 ½ pood each arm, 10 alternating steps
Kettlebell swings, 1 ½ pood, 15 reps

Dan Padgette executes a perfect kettlebell swing. Drive the heels into the ground, keep the chest and shoulders up, arch in the lower back, and use the hips to drive the kettlebell up overhead.
