Run 5 K

Route: start from pullup bars, run to golf course clubhouse (far edge near aircraft), run back to pullup bars. Distance is 3.1 miles.

4 rds 400 m run, 15 hspu, 8 muscleups

15:50 first wod after week vacation in
Dominican. Did it uncw track, had to do
bar muscleups, no rings. Hspu unbroken but
the run killed me.
