1145 @ MACG-28 HQ Pullup bars

400 meter run
5 Decline Pushups (off curb or off red bench)
20 Lunges

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.

We will start progressing toward the handstand pushup with the decline pushups off the curb or off the red bench. Challenge yourself to get the deepest angle on the pushup.
